Argentina’s Telecom Group adds Disney content to OTT plays

Subscribers to Argentinian OTT platforms Arnet Play and Personal Play Video now have access to select content from Disney, including some future releases.

The services, both operated by Argentina’s Telecom Group, will offer content including Zootopia, Legend, Into the Grizzly Maze, A Bug’s Life, Brave, Cars, The Incredibles, Monsters Inc, Mulan, Toy Story 1 and 2, Wreck it Ralph and Finding Nemo by subscription and pay-per-view.

Arnet Play is available to subscribers to TG’s Internet service, while mobile users will have access to the content through Personal Play Video.

In all, about 3,500 titles are available, including films, documentaries and shorts. Content is available on smartphones, tablets, PCs and Samsung Smart TVs.

Telecom Group is the second-largest VOD player in Argentina with an estimated 34% market share, delivering OTT video to about 1 million customers each month.
