David Hare

David Hare leads Ooyala's worldwide customer support teams.
David has over 30 years of experience in building world-class global service delivery teams. At Symantec, Dave provided worldwide support in 10 languages from 12 global centers for all of the company's enterprise products. Earlier, Dave managed more than 5000 people as Senior Vice President for Global Product Support at Oracle. An avid believer in standards and certification, Dave is a former member of the J.D. Power & Associates standards board for Certified Technology Service and Support. Dave also served on the board of directors of the Alliance of Technology for Women (ATW).
