Sean Knapp

Mark Fernandes

Mark Fernandes is a Managing Director at Sierra Ventures. He started his career in engineering at Seagate Technology and later managed products for Cisco Systems and was a research analyst with Robertson Stephens and Merrill Lynch. He has worked with portfolio companies including FrontBridge (acquired by Microsoft), Net6 (acquired by Citrix), and uGenie (acquired by Lulu). Mark has an MBA from Harvard Business School and engineering degrees from the University of California at Berkeley and Mangalore University.

In Sik Rhee

In Sik Rhee is a General Partner at Rembrandt Ventures. He previously spent two years as a venture partner at Accel Partners and co-founded two successful venture-backed companies: Opsware (formerly Loudcloud), which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2007, and Kiva Software Corporation, where he architected and developed one of the industry's first Java application servers. In Sik Rhee has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Russ Pillar

Russ Pillar is the former president of the Viacom Digital Media Group, CEO of the CBS Internet
Group, and president and CEO of Prodigy Internet. He has also been president or CEO of the Virgin Entertainment Group, the Los Angeles Marathon, and Precision Systems. Russ has spent most of his career managing companies seeking to capitalize on the global transition to digital media. He is Managing Partner of The 5850 Group and Senior Advisor to The Raine Group. Russ has a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Brown University.

Mark Sherman

Mark Sherman is a Managing Director in the Applications and Ventures Group at Telstra. He began his career with Lazard Freres and then joined Robertson Stephens & Co., where as Managing Director he ran their software investment banking practice. He also has been a General Partner at Hidden Lion Partners and at Battery Ventures, where he led the firm's enterprise IT and India investment practices. Mark has an MBA from  Harvard Business School and B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.
